The selloff from management seems legit and not to do with any fundamental issues with the company.
"Management continue to hold large amounts of APX, with co-founder and current Chairman of the Board, Christopher Vonwiller, a significant investor holding 7.5% of outstanding shares. In May, the Chairman sold 2m shares to continue to fund philanthropic endeavors. CEO, Mark Brayan, has also sold shares to satisfy tax obligations while Non-Executive Director, Bill Pulver, sold nearly half his remaining holdings in APX to diversify his personal investments. These selldowns follow on from similar actions in the past."
