What I have been trying to figure out this afternoon is that why should we as retail investors believe that this stock should be worth possibly $3 when the directors believe that $1.64 is a fair price. Selling approx 30% of your holding seems like a big chunk to me.
Putting all the talk about insider trading aside, I don't believe anyone will sell something today if they believed they would get significantly more for it tomorrow.
It's easy to get carried away thinking delta airlines etc but ultimately actions speak louder than words & and if SMN was possibly going to be anywhere near $3 in short to medium term I am sure the directors would have held off, doubled their share value and then sold.
