Agree with the observations in this post about directors needing to get paid etc, which is all fine of course, and that they probably do not expect any big announcement any time soon.
It is also interesting though to ponder the following observation - that the combined shares sold were around 2.5M, which makes you wonder how hard the price would've overshot had they not provided that liquidity to the market given the average daily turnover since the release of the good news was around 1m shares a day.
If they had not sold anything and the price shot up to say $3 then subsequently retreated to $1.50 that would not be a great outcome; as that sort of volatility is not really in the best interests of most stakeholders.
