Well I suppose if share holders want to get shares at a similar price to the capital raise then now is the time. If I wasn't allocating almost all my spare cash to building a fancy new house, then I would pick up a few, but I think the partner really wants a third bathroom , so can't spare any for this opportunity at the present time, which is frustrating.
