announces the appointment of Chris Brennan as director of SLI Systems Limited
and S.L.I. Systems, Inc. effective as of 2 November 2015.
Mr Brennan is not an independent director as he is the CEO of SLI Systems.
In accordance with SLI Systems' constitution, Mr Brennan will retire and seek
election by the shareholders at the next Annual Meeting where Mr Brennan will
have the full endorsement of the Board.
