CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand - 15 September 2015 - SLI Systems (NZX.SLI) advises
that Sam Knowles, one of four Independent Directors on SLI Systems Limited's
Board of Directors, has decided to retire from the Board due to other
workload commitments. Sam will retire and not seek re-election at the annual
meeting on 16 October 2015.
The Board wishes to thank Sam for his contribution to SLI over the past two
and a half years, particularly his invaluable input during SLI's 2013 Initial
Public Offering. All of SLI wish Sam the best for the future.
SLI will be looking for a director to replace Sam during this financial year
and this replacement may be based in the US.
