LISTING RULE 10.7.1 - CHANGE IN DIRECTORS AT SNAKK MEDIA (SNK)
For the purposes of Listing Rule 10.7.1, and further to the change of
directors announcement of 1 April 2015, where Tim Alpe gave the company
notice of his intention to resign as an independent director of Snakk Media,
SNK notifies NZX that Tim Alpe has now resigned effective today, May 8, 2015.
The Board thanks Tim for his valuable contribution and wishes him continued
success with the rapidly expanding JUCY Group.
The Board has appointed Company Secretary Malcolm Lindeque, who has been with
Snakk since January 2013 as a replacement director with immediate effect.
