DIRECTOR: SPY: Appointment of Marty Pomeroy as Director to the Company
Following the announcement made on 12 March 2014 the Board of Smartpay
Holdings is pleased to confirm the appointment of Marty Pomeroy as a director
of the company with effect from 1 April 2014 and, as required by the NZX
Listing Rules, the Board has determined that Marty is not an independent
director.
The Director Disclosure Appendix 3X as required by the ASX is attached. As
an officer of the company for the purposes of the NZX disclosure
requirements, on 14 February 2013 Marty disclosed to the NZX his interests in
shares and options in the company.
