Its bizarre that a group of apparently unrelated shareholders has requisitioned a meeting (without any reason provided) to remove a director (which the Board of IDA recommends shareholders vote in favour of) who as of yesterday has privately raised concerns about the governance of the company. This looks like a stich up to me and I hope Mr Ward pursues this matter after the meeting using the protections available to him under IDA's Whistleblower Policy, including airing allegations made by shareholders in the 1 September 2023 letter.
