    Actually it dose concern me that, his name is not at the bottom of the page.

    But as a NED of a ASX listed company, surely it would be more professional in a corporate world to have his name and signed at the bottom of the page.

    1 just has to read every single ASX announcement and the bottom of the page, you will see someone name attached to the official ASX announcement.

    IMHO.
