I totally agree. And I believe that the only statement Mr Ward is allowed to make is this 1000 word statement. The company has no such limits. The company has acknowledged that Mr Ward had raised his issues of concern with the board and the board believes they have answered in full. It is clear that Mr Ward is not satisfied with the answers the other board members have given; unfortunately Mr Ward is not in a position to clarify further.

I assume Mr Ward will be able to speak at the EGM, but most shareholders will not be able to attend the EGM and will need to vote in advance.
