Really don't know what the heck is going on here, but it's on the nose a bit when we are asked to vote someone off with no information and then that person has to take legal action to have their side of the story told and only then does IDA publish it when they were obliged to all along.
Perhaps I missed it but have not heard any detailed with supporting information why IDA want to get rid of him.
We then hear all sorts of stuff with shares and rights, options etc moving around which I am not totally following but seems to be more of what we see all the time in ASX small cap companies.
Mates caught up in a web of incestuous ASX boards slinging around performance rights an directorships between companies. Now I am not stating there is anything wrong going on here however not going to write this guy off as given there is little for him to gain he might just be taking a stand for us shareholders.
Lot's of info about this on X and yes I agree with you viktorb be nice if MONEY OF MINE did a feature on this.
