In my view IDA's "response" is entirely unresponsive to almost all of the concerns raised by Ward. Ergo, if I had any real skin in the game here, I would be extremely concerned about the actions of those involved, and I would most definitely be voting for retention of Ward on the board. Seems to me he's critical for keeping the others honest.
