ida has made the statement that teh world bank gave them a billion or so, and gov their said would abide by findings,
all words of course,
but the legal arm of the world bank is handling thiis court action. the last reason is somewhat low agenda item,
not sure whay theyare stalking on going to court for their reasoning, ? any thoughts ... as it will ocst them more stalking,
issues for me is that stalking, but they could just turn around and make an offer to settle....
and biggie is what if they have already spent the billion from world bank...
world bank will not support them more? gov has to keep face with them?? andopen for business from foriegn investment...
a total reject and non paymnt would have continued issue for their whole enocomy.
and then if winning case, willl they ask for time to pay??
