Its somewhat ridiculous that he claims to be acting in the best interests of IDA when he has no claim to achieving anything related to the arbitration proceedings, and is acting against the will of those who have been instrumental in IDA achieving a potential landmark Arbitration payout that benefits shareholders.

All in the name of not liking the way someone was appointed and not agreeing that options awarded should be binding to someone who has put all the work in for the whole process. Half of that time as a non-exec.... Mr Ward in my view with the evidence available does not sound like a Director acting in the best interests of IDA.

He comes across as a Director who is acting in the best interests of Mr Ward in my view, whether people agree or not..
