Asking about your post because of the words used in it (and the words I cannot find elsewhere for OCC - not a watcher and not a holder).
Did you watch the stock movements previously? and if so, for how long have those movements been visible (very difficult I know but have you just noticed them or have they been around for a while?).

I was really looking looking for comments regarding the equity transfer by the director 2 days before your post but cannot find even one comment on that (maybe I did not look hard enough).
