Matt has transferred all his shareholding in OCC to his family trust, Shenasby. This is indicative that he has major health issues as in the event of his death any shareholding in his name would be subject to probate. This is a sensible measure any responsible family man would make in the event of unexpected illness.
This is all conjecture, as we have no other indication of what his reasons for stepping down are so we can only surmise and in fact it is not our business, but our individual shareholding is and we have the right to protect our invest. If he does not return then the intrinsic risk of the company increases as the management of the company would be permanently altered.
