Kay Howe - Change of status to Non Executive Director
thl advise that Kay Howe has now completed her agreed six month term as an
executive director following the acquisition by thl of the KEA and United
motorhome businesses on the 1st November 2012 and now becomes a non executive
director effective 1st May 2013.
Kay is a non independent director within the meaning of the NZX listing
rules.
