Smartshares Board changes
Smartshares Limited, the manager of the smartFONZ, smartTENZ, smartMIDZ,
smartOZZY and smartMOZY funds listed on the NZX Main Board, and 100% owned
subsidiary of NZX Limited, advises that NZX is rotating some of its
representatives on the Smartshares Board. Kathryn Jaggard and Erich
Livengood retire from the Board and are replaced by NZX CEO Tim Bennett and
NZX CFO Bevan Miller, effective immediately.
Bevan Miller has been appointed as Chair of the Company, replacing Kathryn
Jaggard.
The Board thanks Kathryn and Erich for their valued service.
