DIRECTOR: TRP: Board member resignation - Transpower New Zealand

Transpower advises that Alastair Scott has resigned as a Director from the
Board of Transpower New Zealand, effective from 29 April 2014.

Mr Scott's resignation follows an announcement this week that he will stand
as a Member of Parliament for the Wairarapa.
