The fighting with SQN was almost a year ago and was spiked when management effectively put a block in the potential takeover by randomly raising $30M out of the blue. But the latest asx announcement from the beginning of this month is very "kumbaya" and supportive....
Anyhow, any suitor will need the support of SQN and Regal to get traction, unless of course it is SQN and/or Regal who are the puppeteers all along!
