Director Nominations
Veritas Investments Limited (NZX:VIL) would like to advise that at the
company's next Annual General Meeting, currently scheduled for Thursday, the
12th of November 2015, the following directors will retire in accordance with
the NZX Main Board Listing Rules and be eligible for election:
o Michael Morton - retirement by rotation under NZX Main Board Listing
Rule 3.3.11.
o John Moore - retirement due to Board appointment under NZX Main Board
Listing Rule 3.3.6.
Nominations for directors are now being accepted by the company. The closing
date for nominations is 5pm on the 13th of October 2015.
Director nominations:
o may only be made by shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote
at the Annual General Meeting;
o must be accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person
nominated;
o should contain a brief curriculum vitae of the person nominated; and
o must be received by the company by 5pm on the 13th of October 2015.
