Resignation of Director
Veritas Investments Limited (NZX:VIL) announces that Shane McKillen has
resigned as a Director of the Company. Shane's resignation will take effect
from today's date and in the interim will result in the majority of the
Company's Board being Independent Directors.
Shane has advised the Board that he wishes to concentrate on other business
commitments. The Board thanks Shane for his contribution and commitment to
the Company during his time as Director. He leaves the Board with our best
wishes.
