In addition to the finance side, what is pretty sad is that the numerous incidents like this expose the depravity of our journalism / investigative reporting too.
Listings/IPO's and 'positive' announcements are met with a flurry of reporter puff pieces (paid?), but the moment things start going awry, the newspapers and analysts go quiet. The total lack of accountability and investigative journalism is a sign of advanced moral decay in our society.
