The Singaporean bondholders seems to think the cash is there. Otherwise, why would they bother putting the company in liquidation. If there’s no money to be found ?

Its either 120 mil cash, or 120 mil worth of oil.. either way, the stock true value is worth 5X current market price.

If the owners has been fraudulent, expect claw back and long jail sentence.
