spot on. the board has disgraced themselves imho. the perception that they have colluded on this make its stink. the fact that the chair had the gall to try and sell it the way he did with that cover letter, makes it a stench. this board needs a refresh. if they continue to act like this, then i dont have any confidence in them taking us to production. at a minimum, the chair needs replacing
