selling a few shares to pay a tax bill is fine,
selling share because he got the shares free, while we not in sight of revenue is not, nor for the rest of the team,
they get a good, if not over the top salary, so why should anyone get so much extra for free, in any company, share in the profit if they want, buy some shares and show confidence.

timeline to give announcement about change of director interest, i fairly sure that NEEDs to be done in a timely manner, many months since both occured, is this outside the ASX rules???
