disposed means......converted by the company's Employee Share Plan Trust,..... they actually get sold on the market by CESPT........

I would like to know why she got all those RSU......free money for nothing IMO...


.........CESPT is one of the perks that employees have...when said, disposed of by the Company's Employee Share PlanTrust.... this was set up for the employees of the Co to sell their RSU, ........as for some reason if the employees did not have the funds to exercise the RSU.
the CESPT sold the shares for them on their behalf for no cost to the holder ....so when they disclose the 3Y that means that those shares have been sold on the market on that day indicated................
