Gambling in Philippines is nothing like Australia. There seems to be a selective method to tables and only Asians especially Chinese wanted. I don't gamble but my pilots do. So they need to renovate. spend a good $10 million and you have a top facility but that never happens in the Philippines. They just use chewing gum to patch up holes etc.
