I am aware of this hotel and casino. I also have other interests in the hospitality industry in PH and know the ongoing price issues. I am being very conservative could be 50% overpriced. But as this is now a total Filipino Company I am out asap. The entire structure is faulty and also Hudsons who put this together are useless. But not my problem as I will sell asap and wish those holding shares good luck.
