I am using no method. I have asked independent associates who know this exact property and understand the future of the industry and the possibilities for the future. Ask Hudsons for their exact valuation they spent a pretty penny on that one! The Filipino shareholders will hold out hoping for a foreign takeover at a price well above market valuation. I have no interest anymore so if you are still a shareholder enjoy the ride. No one ever knows what the markets toss on your lap of excited expectation!
