I've been adding down here, it is crazily undervalued as you've pointed out. The risk of course is potential shenanigans with what has taken place -- however, I am going to think the better of management here. Its just too blatantly obvious to think they sought to deleverage at a premium price to other shareholders and leave them in the lurch.
