The private share sale/transaction between Natres Services Pty Ltd / Courchevel 1850 Pty Ltd and Minerva Investment Company which benefitted Gino is unlike anything i have ever seen before in 30+ years of following the sharemarket. I was surprised it was even legal that a director could privately sell shares for a much higher premium to the current market price excluding ordinary shareholders.
Regardless, it highlighted to me that if that could happen - god knows what else is possible with this company? I dont know how others feel but I personally could not bring myself to touch this stock ever again or consider investing in any company that Gino is involved with.
