They would get more for the project if they can show evidence of treatment. If i was buying it off MTC now i would be applying a big discount for uncertainties around how to treat the ore. Evidence they can get permits to truck ore and its economic or some pilot plant on site to show it could be done would alleviate some of these concerns.
