I also agree, this doesn't look like significant support to me, but rather ... just a little further dabble, and an attempt to keep the stock price up at the moment, going into the meeting agenda items.

They obviously used the Winsome project to fund the gold project, which is an ok thing to do, but shareholders of the Lithium spin-out need to realize that this will lower any potential profits from that company, and cause significant initial dilution of Winsome as well.

As for the gold project, well ... if you've followed these dudes over the years then you will know that they are (generally) not mine developers, so it's probable that their strategy is simply to prove up the gold project as best as possible, and hope for a rising gold price, and then try and attract a takeover from another company into a USD $2,000+ gold price.

Personally, I think this may be their exit strategy. What they have done unfortunately, is to hinder (somewhat) the potential shareholder financial returns of Winsome right out of the gate, and especially if Winsome gets into production reasonably quickly. I'd expect that these directors will also not be big buyers of the Winsome IPO either, but I may be wrong of course. I'd say they are trying to maximize their profits via an exit strategy through the gold project, and I may be right, or a I may be wrong, it's just my perception, and after all, it might not be a bad strategy for gold investors anyway. Let's hope it turns out to be a win-win.
