    This policy applies to non-executive directors who has delivered nothing so far. Taking 25% as shares still means that they are on full salary which they dont deserve and causing unnecessary dilution for everyone involved. Lets hope no one says YES to this policy. This management is useless as we all know so I will wait to see them getting kicked out some day specially CEO.
