He was appointed a director at the end of February.

Based on that he would need imho to be viewed as responsible for PVLs oversight of it’s CLI investment. But CLI was a seperate company that shaped CLI through it’s director appointee’s. Can’t see that would give him much direct influence over CLI’s CR process.

As for HW, well the same applies wrt influence via PVL appointees, with the added point that HW was obviously a trainwreck in the making by the stage of Yardley’s appointment.

Not really happy with how Yardley is shaping up as Chairman, as the fiasco’s and disclosure fumbles continue, but not sure how responsible he can be held for problems that were created before his time, albeit they may only have manifested themselves publicly since.

Now Veritide is one he is going to have to fully own, as is Viney’s performance as CEO. Happy with neither atm.
