The inability of the management team, the board and advisors to release accurate information is staggering. If this is the standard they set how can an investor trust anything they claim. Are the investments they make properly documented, is the IP properly documented, etc. etc.

We have already seen very different views of the HW "acquisition" of Mace engineering, from being an acquisitiion, to merger to actually a lease agreement (as found by the liquidators).

How much more of the PVL balance sheet / revenue lines been mis interpreted?

Given PVL staff involvement with many of the investee companies are their "loose" interpretations / poor documentation in those comapnies?

Good luck to the investors in PVL - but until these guys meet a minimum standard of reporting openly, honestly and accurately why would anyone trust them.
