Here’s the thing Bas, the past is the past and it’s has been discussed ad nauseum for almost 2 years - the past is acknowledged however there is almost no acknowledgement here that Tv2 are working on and progressing at least 3 projects - all while they are working towards to satisfying the ASX so we can trade again. There is provision in the listing rules (which I have previously posted) for the ASX to delist Tv2 already if they felt that it was warranted - so in my view the ASX is still allowing Tv2 to work at resolving any outstanding corporate issues towards relisting as it would be in the shareholders best interests for the company to trade again (in my opinion).
