I agree, its definately an ineteresting senario that could play out.

My belief is that the board is so focussed on trying to maximise the benfit for the major shareholder that the whole process is dragging out.

The issue on the oppression is that while not paying an A Class dividend both classes are being oppressed. This then creates a legal issue as oppression is based on sigling out a minority from what I understand. I think the oppression issue could go either way and that's why I believe that the A Class shares are not trading higher.

The other senario that could play out is that the board actually makes an acquisition that requires all the cash and some debt. This would result in a further delay in the payemnt of dividends and potentially drive the Share price down allowing the major shareholder to pick them up on the cheap.

Who knows what's going to happen but I'm interested in what happens next!
