re: Ann: Directors Resolve No Dividend on Cla... Surprise, Surprise. It appears at least one thing, that the board is consitant. Even with the change in the board it appears the strategy hasn't changed. ie do not pay the A class dividend and try and wait out the shareholders.
Lets hope that something comes out of all the legal activity. Otherwise lets hope someone see the underlying value of CMI and decides to put the board under pressure by making a reasonable offer to buy the whole show!
