I had a review in the mean time and saw the votes on this.
Whilst I think the opression case is already reasonably strong, if they pulled that one, it would be a lay down misere. In fact this would probably a good thing for Class A shareholders as it would pave the way for a wind-up and they would then get $1.20 and at elast 1 year of divs over the next 18 months or so.
