    CIMIC are a trade buyer! They already own 50% through their wholly owned subsidiary Leighton Properties. Some of the assets Devine own are already in JV's with Leighton Properties and the rest of the business would be a complementary fit for this subsidiary so the most likely buyer able to extract synergies is CIMIC.
