They are getting 2.5% per month.... it will take them years to get over 50%... Like you say it's strongly held.... but for this to go up we need people to buy and willing sellers... I'd like this to sit far enough away from the 28 cents for a few weeks to pressure he Chinese for a bigger offer.
No one will take the new offer now that it's free from conditions... why would you sell at 28 cents when you can get more on the market.

We also had a major holder increase his holding to over 11% recently too... I really cant see the chinese getting to many share... if any at 28 cents.
