Also I think you can read a bit into the comment below from the directors response:
"Given CIMIC’s participation in the industry through its subsidiary Thiess, CIMIC would be well aware of the improving market conditions and of Macmahon’s progress with some opportunities in which MacMahon and Thiess are in direct competition"
MacMahon only need to announce 1 decent win and I believe they are up in the 60-70 cent range. Whilst I have been lucky enough to have got in relatively recently I wouldn't like to see them get bought out at this price.
