I'm not sure why you'd want to sell a profitable company with positive cashflow for less than book value.
$5.23 per share is where I would consider selling.
Such low ball offer, I hope it gets the rejection it deserves.
Hopefully the SP will get an additional boost when the board recommends shareholders reject the offer.
