"Time to take action and vote them out at AGM"
AGM has come and gone.
Next one is 11 months' time.
What is to me even more astounding that the low level of executive shareholding in the company, is this:
Performance of the business is in the toilet
Share price is in the toilet.
Value destruction all around.
Yet shareholders give management an unequivocal endorsement !?!?
(I nearly choked when I saw this last month.)
Maybe the shareholders of this business simply got the management they deserved.
