According to TRS management, there have been "no" acceptances at the $2.70 bid price thus far. Hence the Offer extension to 22 Jan. I find that extraordinary...not even 1 acceptance???

I'm holding onto my parcel very tightly. If Allensford want to get their mitts on my shares, they will have to at least double the Offer.
