    This statement is suppose to get us on side.

    "Revised Zenith Scheme protects and realises value for all shareholders in a challenging and volatile
    market"

    Yes but, the revised offer does not reflect the coy's own stated (ASX announcements) improving performance!

    The "Independent Expert's Report" (who is conflicted given who is paying for the report) will be interesting fluffy reading, but the conclusion predictable. JMT
