i get the feeling something has changed, why now? If their intention was to make an offer prior to the next round of drilling, why not before the AGM? Is there a new player on the horizon and hence the offer tabled suddenly or is it as simple as the SP hit it lowest point in their eyes so hence the offer with a slight premium while shareholder sentiment was low?
